I think the one thing that most people are not aware of is that you don’t make any money! Between cost of equipment, then having your podcast sent to all streaming sites, it adds up. The few dollars you may earn from ads, all go to that. It is really a passion project. Right now, the genre is oversaturated with famous people getting millions thrown at them to podcast and except for a few, it does not last long as they really don’t have anything to offer for a good podcast show. While often coexisting, service and art continue to battle one another for the gaze of photo viewers. While it can be said that all photos are artful in one way or another, artfulness can be lost in the intent behind the image. In such an avaricious society, these images turn from losing intent to being driven not by passion but by a sort of lustful greed.
