One piece of advice that I disagree with is the notion of “not sleeping” or resting in order to be successful. The whole “I’ll sleep when I’m dead” trope creates a lot of discomfort for me… A rested mind is a productive mind. In business and life you don’t want to make hasty or desperate decisions and if you’re tired and overworked it’s easy for careless errors, oversights and emotions to throw you off base.
