We’ve always believed that forming a strategy is impossible until you’re clear on what your values and principles are. Without values and principles to guide you, making decisions can seem impossibly difficult. Given how important setting values and principles is to decision making we asked folks we admire to tell us about the values or principles that matter most to them.

Sincerity – by far. I work in an industry that is full of folks who are constantly adapting and developing themselves, where we ask so much of people every day. To be able to operate in this world with sincerity – that is the primary key to taking care of ourselves and of each other. We can disagree, we can celebrate, we can always continue working and keep going with one another – as long as we bring our sincere and core selves into it with one another. Read more>>

This applies to our personal life, our relationships, our business life, and our service to the world—with love being the thread that weaves through all of it. If we do not come from a place of love in all we ARE and all we do, then it will be much more difficult for us to live into our Purpose or Calling. Whether you’re a labourer, a medical professional, an accountant, a creative, an administrative person, an entrepreneur, a philanthropist, a scientist, in law enforcement or peacekeeping, or something else…I believe the power of your impact will be exponentially increased when you come from a place of love first.
