We had the good fortune of connecting with Zsa Zsa Hubbard and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Zsa Zsa, what do you attribute your success to?
The most important factor behind my success is my faith. I have learned that in order to be successful you must first believe you possess the ability to accomplish the success you seek. I have had to overlook my reality and tap into the devine. I learned to speak what I was seeking and prepare & plan for what I was believing God for. My belief system has been tested and the consensus has been as long as I believed in my dreams there are obtainable.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I am the TV Show Host for “Uncommon Conversations with Zsa Zsa” & Podcast Host for “Yeah I Said It Radio”. My out loud personality lights up every room I walk in or every event I host. I’m already set apart by my name being “Zsa Zsa” and the positive energy that’s brought forth. I am most proud of my tenacity to overcome the obstructions and barriers that were placed in my way by my self and by others. I am most proud of my new TV show and celebrating 3 years as a podcast host. My journey of success has not been easy but it has definitely been worth it! My son and I have overcome homelessness and we are working on our financial portfolio. We planned, saved and most importantly prayed & believed it would happen even when it didnt look so good.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Omg!!! It would be sooooo lit!!! Okay… So first check in hotel downtown at the Renaissance Marriott Hotel or an Air BNB of the riverfront. Then were going in the hood to sight see and kick it on Joy Rd, 7 mile or 8 mile grab a snack or bite to eat before lunch. We can go shopping on the Avenue of Fashion and have lunch. We going to Belle Isle and have a photo shoot or sight see. We are going to party at Society Detroit in downton Detroit , Royal Oak or Ferndale. We can win some money at the Motor City casino! We can go hang out with friends in Mexican town and have drinks!!!

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Yes, I would like to dedicate my shoutout my son Tayshaun Scott who will be graduating this year from Cass Technical High School. When I gave birth to my son I was 17 years old and everybody had something negative to say about me being a teenage single mother, including myself. I want to shoutout my son because no matter what has happened in my life my son has been my BIGGEST motivating factor. I also want to shoutout my sister Maurchon Hearndon aka Nu Nu is the Best assistant, sister, and most importantly friend. I also want to thank my mentors Bishop J. Drew Sheard, Dr. Karen Clark Sheard, Dorinda Clark Cole, Cathy M. Garrett, Tonya Champion and Dr. Richard T. James.
