We had the good fortune of connecting with Zach Reynolds and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Zach, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
I wanted to have something of my own something for my family something that can be passed down as a family business.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I really like being able to bring what’s on my mind into something visual. I got to where I am professionally by working on productions and kind of practice on my own trying new ideas I have and watching a lot of films. It wasn’t easy mainly because I’m an introvert and I would get nervous about putting my work out there but I started to not really get self conscious about my work and not compare myself to others because it’s my art that’s what makes me different.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I would take them to get some hot fish at Uncle Larry’s then got some bomb fish. Then we’d go to the museum and maybe end the night at a minor league lookouts baseball game.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My Mom she introduced me to art and photography at a young age. We would go to museums and culture events a lot. Also my best friend Jon Napps. He helped give me the opportunity to create for his clothing brand. We would make short films commercials and music videos. Just trying new things
