We had the good fortune of connecting with Xavion Dove and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Xavion, we’d love to hear about how you approach risk and risk-taking
Understanding the process of failure was such a big Headstart for me.. when it came to starting my own business, I had to realize everything I was doing was a risk making investment moves and understanding my audience. Without me making the connections, taking a flights I wouldn’t of had the most potential as I do now.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I have came a really long way as becoming a artist I really put time and effort into what I do. I do a lot of research and been through a lot of classes. To try and understand my type of art genre in charisma. I will be performing at SXSW 2023 in Austin first big performance. Very excited . Every project I release you will get a different perspective on who I am and the emotion I am giving off I can say that it’s really hard for me to make the same type of music for too long. I have a shape shifting. That allows me to bend through all genres. My specialty is a nostalgic feeling that gives you high intensity of positivity or pure truth . My artist name is sayzay because I say exactly how I feel and how it is I don’t like the sugar code anything in my music I want the listeners to hear the raw emotion. my computer is like my journal. I have no equipment I record straight into the computer whenever I want to sketch however, I’m feeling or a message that I want to release. One of my biggest challenges has been finding the correct studio team and visuals team. It’s been hard finding what I need for my image. My team have made multiple brands for products Murch and contracting this 2023 we should be expanding and having a lot of success this year a big lesson I learned is the wait your turn everyone expects to be at the top at the beginning, but I enjoy the journey.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
botanical garden , Georgia Tech, Georgia state both amazing stadiums Kodak’s kitchen pasta is amazing Jj’s Fish and Chicken hawks game and LITTLE FIVE POINTS fun people a good time

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I want to give a big recognition to God who helped me every step of the way to reach so high amounts of a potential. Also I will like to shout my music team and product crew I really appreciate there hard-work and involvement throughout the process I wouldn’t be who I am today without these people and my Organizations.
