Hi Wesley, what do you attribute your success to?
The most important factor behind my success and the success of my brand is my ability to genuinely care for my clients and my project manager personality, which allows me to handle all obstacles in a controlled and effective manner.

From the moment I entered the real estate industry, I have always prioritized building deep, trusting relationships with my clients. I take the time to understand their unique needs and concerns, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout the entire buying or selling process. This thoughtful and considerate approach has helped me create a loyal client base that trusts me to guide them through one of the most significant transactions of their lives.

Additionally, my project manager personality enables me to navigate the complexities of the real estate market with precision and calmness. I thrive on maintaining stability and consistency, which helps me manage multiple tasks efficiently and ensures that no detail is overlooked. My ability to stay composed and organized under pressure allows me to effectively coordinate all aspects of a transaction, from initial consultation to closing, ensuring a smooth and successful experience for my clients.

Ultimately, it is this combination of caring for my clients and managing projects meticulously that has driven my success and helped me build a reputable brand in the luxury real estate market.

My business is centered around providing exceptional luxury real estate services in the Atlanta Metropolitan area. What sets me apart from others is my unwavering commitment to my clients. I take a personalized approach to every transaction, ensuring that each client’s unique needs and goals are met with the highest level of care and professionalism. I focus on building long-term relationships based on trust, transparency, and consistent communication.

One of the aspects I am most proud of is the strong reputation I have developed over the years. My background playing college football has greatly contributed to my discipline, resilience, and teamwork skills, which I apply daily in my real estate career. The discipline I cultivated on the football field helps me stay focused and motivated, while the teamwork aspect translates into effective collaboration with clients and colleagues.

My journey to where I am today in the business world was not without its challenges. When I first started, I faced the typical hurdles of building a client base, understanding the market dynamics, and establishing a solid reputation. The real estate market is competitive, and it requires resilience and adaptability to succeed. However, with the mentorship of Alex McGraw, who taught me the fundamentals and complexities of the industry, I was able to navigate these challenges.

Overcoming these obstacles involved a lot of hard work, continuous learning, and a steadfast commitment to excellence. I embraced every opportunity to learn, whether through formal training, hands-on experience, or insights gained from peers and mentors. One of the key lessons I’ve learned is the importance of staying adaptable and being open to change. The real estate market is ever-evolving, and being able to pivot and adjust strategies is crucial for long-term success.

Another significant lesson is the value of empathy and genuine care for clients. Real estate transactions are often significant life events for people, and providing support, guidance, and understanding can make a world of difference. Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If my best friend was visiting, we’d start with dinner and drinks at Avalon, then hit up Top Golf and grab a bite in downtown Alpharetta. A day at Lake Lanier would include boating and fishing, followed by a round of golf at Atlanta National Golf Club. We’d catch a Braves game at Truist Park. Throughout the week, we’d eat at places like South Main Kitchen and we’d also spend some time at Wills Park for disc golf and hanging out.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I would like to dedicate my shoutout to Alex McGraw, who was my mentor for seven years. Alex was an incredible individual who truly cared about others and had a profound impact on my life and career. From the very beginning of my journey in real estate, Alex took me under his wing and taught me everything I know about the industry. His guidance, support, and wisdom were invaluable to my growth and success.

Alex wasn’t just a mentor; he was a great friend and a remarkable person. His dedication to helping others and his passion for real estate were truly inspiring. Unfortunately, Alex passed away from a brain tumor, a loss that deeply affected everyone who knew him. Despite this, his legacy continues to live on through the countless lives he touched and the lessons he imparted.

I strive every day to honor Alex’s memory by embodying the principles and values he instilled in me. His commitment to excellence, his genuine care for clients, and his unwavering integrity are qualities I aim to uphold in my own career.
