We had the good fortune of connecting with Victor Smith and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Victor, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
Being somewhat extroverted is an invaluable asset in today’s interconnected world. By actively engaging in social interactions and fostering meaningful connections, you create a web of relationships that transcends the limitations of paid advertising. Word of mouth and networking become powerful tools in your arsenal, allowing your reputation to spread organically. This organic growth not only establishes credibility but also cultivates a community of support and trust. In a landscape where genuine connections matter, your ability to navigate social spheres can propel you forward, opening doors and opportunities that paid advertisements often struggle to achieve. In essence, having the ease of connecting with others enables you to leverage the authentic power of interpersonal relationships, creating a lasting impact that resonates far beyond the reach of traditional marketing strategies.
Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I am thrilled to share the exciting news of my professional journey as the Operations Manager for Parking and Ambassadors at WellStar Hospital. Overseeing operations across three hospitals in the Atlanta, Georgia, and surrounding areas has been a rewarding and enriching experience.
In this role, I’ve had the privilege of leading dedicated teams in managing parking services and fostering a welcoming environment through our ambassadors. It has been a journey of strategic planning, operational efficiency, and creating positive experiences for both staff and visitors.
I am grateful for the support of an incredible team and the opportunities for growth that WellStar Hospital has provided. As we continue to enhance our services, I look forward to contributing further to the success and excellence of our healthcare facilities.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I am mostly a homebody…but I will step into the social settings often to get my social meter refilled. I love a laid back setting with hip-hop/r&b, nice lighting, good food and awesome drinks. Life is to be enjoyed so I definitely will take my best-friend to all of my favorite spots and end the day at home catching up.
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
