Hi Ugly, what do you want people to remember about you?
I want to fulfill my life by doing everything I can while I’m here on earth. I want people to know that my heart and my joy that I have is indescribable because of the God I serve, therefore I reap supernatural benefits that will help my family and the legacy that eave behind for generations to come. I want my legacy to be fruitful and blessed because that obedience I had by saying Yes to God and his will for my life.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
Ugly Josh is someone who thrives on hosting events and has a unique flair for combining speaking, having fun, and being absolutely himself into a cohesive artistic expression. My events aren’t just gatherings—they’re immersive experiences crafted with a keen eye for detail and a surrounding area for fun and vulnerability. It wasn’t easy learning to be fully confident with myself because I was shy of other people reactions and projects of opinions of me, now that I have learned myself on personal level I’am able to be myself without any judgment of my own thoughts and also others. My brand is “Ugly Josh” , “UGLY” and I own a hosting named “Ugly Hosting”. I travel all across the world hosting and speaking at celebrity events and private events. Ugly means “U Gotta Love Yourself” or “Understanding God Loves You”. I accentuates others to be their true authentic self without any contradictions. I bring others’ visions to existence based on the light that shines brightly through me. Again I have a company called “UglyHosting” & “UglyJoshProductions” where I do film production & music production for huge clients while also balancing hosting private and global events for celebrities.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I would say Ponce City Market and after that pull up to 5th ward Skate Park then slide to get some food wings (It don’t matter because it so many wing spots). After that I would go to Piedmont park and chill and top it off with Waffle House afterwards

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Man! Most definitely shout out Jesus!! No seriously… God played a huge aspect of my life and steered me in the direction I needed to be on and not the the path I wanted to be on. No it wasn’t easy but I thank Jesus daily. Also I want to commend my my mentor Mr. Trell “Donk” Webb. That guy is amazing and he has been a huge impact on my walk in christ and also huge asset on this thing called life. Shout out to Him!
