We had the good fortune of connecting with Tyrell Crowell and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Tyrell, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
My Thought Process For Starting My Business Was To Turn Myself As The Artist into The Business. So Far I Learned How To Get Funding Me As The Business and The Artist And Truly Elevate. I Simply Wanted To Be MY Own Boss.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
The type artist I am is the businessman type artist meaning I love the business side as much as creating. What excites me on becoming a artist is to know my mindset of being a sponge to soak up the business knowledge of music and apply it to myself and craft love it.

In just my first year as a signed artist I have had my song make to be on NBA 2k21 & 22 Opening up for acts like Pooh shiety/ Lil Durk even SHAQ and 50 Cent. Having sponsors like Steve Madden Mary J Blige wine Sungoddess and more.

The most challenging thing is being able to balance all this life gives as an artist also a full time daddy and husband.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
When coming to Baltimore you gotta go to the inner harbor also nacho bangers, bar One, Jimmy carry out for that chicken box lol. Gotta come to a Dj Duke event and Towson Mall
