We had the good fortune of connecting with Tyann Daoutis and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Tyann, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
The thought process behind starting my own business was to build a life of freedom and flexibility for me and my growing family. Having a healthy work-life balance is critical for me to feel successful in all areas of my life and working towards that is essential.

Additionally, starting a digital marketing business as TD Creatives was a no-brainer for me as I was done working long hours for someone else’s dream. I have a passion for creating content, and watching it turn into profits for my clients is incredibly rewarding in itself. I truly believe that my clients’ success is my success, so I put everything I have into adding value to their brand. At the end of the day, it’s all worth it to see their business grow and thrive.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
My professional career started at the age of 15 and always had to do with helping people. Even when life took me to living in different countries outside the U.S., like Australia and Scotland, I landed in positions that surrounded assisting people, and for that, it’s given me a good understanding of how to create everlasting relationships with people, old and new and from all walks of life. It wasn’t always easy to pick up and start over with every move, but the experiences it gave me proved that I can take on whatever is thrown at me and succeed no matter what.

My passion, drive, and creativity for what I do is what sets me apart from other digital marketing agencies, as well as my sincere approach of being professional, yet friendly, with every lead I come into contact with. I like to put myself in the shoes of my clients and view their success as my own, so they trust that they’re in good hands with TD Creatives.

I want the world to know that TD Creatives was created out of love, passion, determination, value, and hard work at a very vulnerable time. Having found out that I was pregnant only weeks before I was laid off due to a workforce reduction in the fitness industry, I felt defeated and devalued. But I instantly welcomed the challenge to prove myself and my talents to the world that TD Creatives is a force to be reckoned with. I will take on any hardship as a learning lesson to catapult myself forward towards success that will not only make my clients proud but also my family.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I would like to dedicate my shoutout to my incredible family and husband to contributing to my success. Without their love and support, I wouldn’t be where I am today. They have always encouraged me to chase my dreams no matter how big, do everything with passion, and never give up.

I would also like to give a shoutout to Anthony Idi with Dapper Dev. He’s been like a mentor to me for the past couple of years and has opened my eyes to different possibilities in the marketing world. I’m forever grateful to him for sharing his story with me and I look forward to watching us both succeed!
