Meet TroubleChild | Musical Artist & Songwriter

We had the good fortune of connecting with TroubleChild and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi TroubleChild, we’d love to start by asking you about lessons learned. Is there a lesson you can share with us?
Although having learned a lot I would have to say is be self motivated, there’s going to be some days when you feel like your ready to give up or this isn’t going how I planned it, There may not be someone in your corner all the time routing for you don’t get discouraged you have to remember your reason for doing it!
Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
Being an artist is about creativity taking your vision & bringing it to life. That’s what I’m doing, I don’t go into a song thinking “I want to make a club banger or this 1 is going to be for the ladies.” The difference between me & the majority I’m not in it to be rich or famous, This has always been a passion of mines, I make music solely based off how I’m feeling. It’s not going to be easy a lot of ground work being independent you have to move like if you were a label. Everything a major label do for their artist I would take the time to do it. Marketing, Interviews, Concerts I do all of those things on my own. It gets frustrating sometimes & challenging but I’ve learned if you won’t do it don’t expect someone else to. I got some big things in store for the summer of 2022, big shows, big features I’m going BIG!
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Coming to Atlanta the first thing we have to do is go get some wings because that is something this city is famous for! Then maybe take you to the famous TRAP MUSEUM where they pay homage to rappers and the culture. There’s a lot to do in the city you could catch a braves games in the day later that night court-side at the Hawks game then we at Club Diamonds to end the night. It’s really a lot out here !
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Nobody just specific I do want to give a big shoutout to my support system my day 1 fans who always show me real love the ones who tell me that my music helped them get through a tough time because in the end that’s what I’m doing it for to have touch someone heart or maybe even change their life.
