Hi Tory, what is the most important factor behind your success?
The most pivotal factor contributing to the success of our organization stems from an unwavering dedication to meticulous attention to detail. In my journey of serving the youth in underserved communities, I’ve come to understand that every detail, no matter how seemingly small, holds the potential to make a significant impact. Whether ensuring that every program we offer is meticulously planned to meet the unique needs of our communities or maintaining open lines of communication with our stakeholders, attention to detail is the cornerstone of my success.
