We had the good fortune of connecting with Tonni Young and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Tonni, have you ever found yourself in a spot where you had to decide whether to give up or keep going? How did you make the choice?
The only qualified teacher is time. My decision to continue doing something, or to stop, I truly believe is part of the art of living. That’s what makes all my choices for my life interesting. There is a point, however, when life ends up making the decision for me, especially if I ignore my experiences and feelings. For me it is not about being brave or weak. It’s about being honest with myself. In certain situations, I use all the motivation, willpower, and courage I can muster up to keep going. And in other situations, I need strength, humility, and insight to let go and move on.
All in all, perseverance is my key to success. Only when I have tried enough and exhausted my skills and resources will I reach triumph and fulfill my goals. Fortunately for me I gain something new from world every day, that I have no choice but to keep going!

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I fulfill multiple roles within the industry. Whether it’s stepping onto the runway, engaging with audiences on screen, advising artists and models on their image, or leading my company forward, I am most excited to embracing the challenges and opportunities that come with wearing many hats in this dynamic and ever-evolving industry.

As a model:
I stand out because I can pull off different looks easily. Getting into modeling wasn’t easy, but I’ve learned to keep going no matter what. Every experience taught me to stay true to myself. I want people to know I’m not just a pretty face, but someone who brings fashion to life.

As a TV host:
What sets me apart is my ability to engage and entertain audiences authentically. I’m proud of my journey to becoming a TV host, which was filled with determination and adaptability. Navigating the competitive world of television wasn’t easy, but overcoming challenges like rejection taught me to stay true to myself. I want viewers to see me as someone who brings positivity and inspiration to their screens.

As the CEO of my own artist and model image consulting company:
What sets my company apart from others is our unwavering commitment to empowering artists and models to reach their full potential, both personally and professionally. I’m most excited about the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients, helping them refine their personal brand and enhance their image. Getting to where I am today professionally has been a journey filled with challenges, setbacks, and triumphs. It hasn’t been easy building my company from the ground up, but overcoming obstacles such as financial constraints and industry barriers has only fueled my passion for helping others succeed. Along the way, I’ve learned invaluable lessons about the importance of resilience, innovation, and building strong relationships within the industry. I want the world to know that my company is more than just a consultancy – we’re a trusted partner, a source of inspiration, and a catalyst for positive change in the fashion and entertainment industry.
