We had the good fortune of connecting with Toney Cosey and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Toney, why did you pursue a creative career?
That’s what God put me here for.. He gave me a powerful imagination and I want to show the world.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I shoot videos. You can check me out on YouTube right now at; coseyhouseent. I’m shooting a short independent short film right now. Produced and directed by me. The soundtrack for the more is so classic. And just want to thank myself for staying down even when times got hard. God got me

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I would take my friend on a video shoot with. That’s lots of fun. Lol Then we would go to Blaze pizza. Then we would hit Cumberland man, and shop. Come to the crib.. See what’s poppin. Around 10 we going to 656, and after we gonna hit the strip club. And waffle after if one is open. And I will take him to all the site seeing things in the city..

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
God for real. I wouldn’t be here, or be able to give you guys my vision, my stories, and my life to come. And also my brother Jr… From Atlanta. Shout out to 5th ward. Lol
