Meet Tish the Glam Boss | Serial Entrepreneur, Educator & Mentor

We had the good fortune of connecting with Tish the Glam Boss and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Tish the Glam Boss, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
My thought process behind starting Tish Taught You University School of The Business Boss Mafia, was I wanted to create a motivational program that provides business education for students that want to pursue entrepreneurship, and/or educate current entrepreneurs the importance of business/personal development and finances.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
What sets my business education program apart from others is that I provide an individualized mentor style relationship with every student, I don’t just hand out information and send them out to the business world to make it happen on their own. I provide a unique strategy program for each student that is customized specifically for the success of their business overall. Although some businesses provide the same services or products, all owners and ideas aren’t the same. The formulas are different and should be for that reason. At Tish Taught You University School of The Business Boss Mafia I encourage students to be creative in their thought process about service and product selections. I also give students my real life experiences good and bad about starting and maintaining my businesses to encourage them, to keep going no matter what and how to beat the odds. I am most excited about watching my students transform their lives and their businesses for the better after attending Tish Taught You University School of The Business Boss Mafia. My students success is my success as well, it is my motivation and reminder that I am doing exactly what I’m suppose to do, and that is to motivate and push every student to their highest potential. Starting this business was not hard for me, but being vulnerable and sharing my past failures and disappointments was hard to do so openly. Incorporating daily meditation and prayer, I’ve learned that my past experiences, could help others and it’s a must that I share with my students how they can overcome similar types of obstacles and grow their personal and business development at the same time. In owning a business I’ve learned until you deal with your personal development your business development won’t matter or change. At Tish Taught You University School of the Business Boss Mafia I focus on the overall student, the success in all areas will follow. Tish Taught You University is rapidly growing, effective 9/7/21 new enrollment begins at Tish Taught You University for The School of Business Boss Mafia. I look forward to supporting and mentoring new and established business owners and taking their business and personal development skills to greater heights.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Because I love to shop I would love to share the phipps plaza experience with my out of town friends here in Atlanta. We would have dinner at the Atlanta Fish Market, I love their crab cakes. We would also go to the Lennethia Lounge for live music, they have the best ambiance.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I have to recognize my students that I adore very much, I’ve been fortunate enough to work with some awesome people with great businesses. They motivate me to keep going as a mentor so that I can provide the best education possible to fit the needs of their lives and their businesses.
