We had the good fortune of connecting with Tiffany Moore and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Tiffany, is your business focused on helping the community? If so, how?
The impact of Covid-19 has shown us how mental, physical, and emotional health affects not only the world but the African American community. With my personality and licensed background, I wanted to combine a unique blend of humor, fun, and knowledge that would motivate women to live their best life, from the inside out. Moore2Health’s goal is to help the African American community build a better relationship with food by understanding the root causes of their food choices.

Helping women become stronger in their daily lives such as learning how to handle stress and anxiety at work, or creating stronger relationships with their family, has been the goal of my business. As a personal trainer, I started off trying to help people lose weight and I later realized when I became a health coach, that creating healthier habits started way before deciding what to eat or how long to workout.

The results of seeing women change and develop a healthy lifestyle created a larger impact not only on their health but others around them as well.

What should our readers know about your business?
I believe what sets me apart from other businesses is that I understand that creating a healthy lifestyle doesn’t happen overnight. There will be times where you will miss it but I allow my followers and clients to choose their level of hard. What is hard for one person may not be hard for others and it’s ok. There are certain foods that may work for one person’s body that another person’s body may not be able to handle. The ultimate goal is that whoever is in my program stays committed to doing the work and showing up each day. Having struggled with my weight, I understand that having a strong support system is one of the ways to stay successful in this journey. My number one goal is to help you find what works for you.

What I would love for the world to know about me and my story is that not everyone will have the ideal look of fitness. I struggled with that for years. I felt that being fit had a certain look until I realized that being healthy is more than the number on the scale. It’s living a healthy lifestyle physically, mentally, and spiritually. So yes your girl has a booty and it won’t ever go anywhere but she will always be healthy!

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If I had someone to visit the city I would definitely tell them to check out the following:

Morning Yoga – ATL Kula

Morning Breakfast – Cultivate food for the Veggie Omelet or Vegan Hash

Lunch-Upbeet

Dinner-Vegan Me Please Pop up food truck

Nightlife-Ponce City Market-Bar Vegan

FXS Body Factory for a great workout

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I would like to dedicate this shoutout to the Moore2Health FitFam who have supported me from the beginning. Thank you for allowing me to grow in this field and to be able to help you all live a healthier life. It has been a pleasure to watch. I also want to thank my parents and boyfriend who have supported my business and encouraged me to keep going whether through helping me create my programs, financially or even a comment from my mom on my Youtube page. I am forever grateful to you all.
