We had the good fortune of connecting with Tiffany Moment and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Tiffany, every day, we about how much execution matters, but we think ideas matter as well. How did you come up with the idea for your business?
Worthy In God was created to understand who you are in Christ. I have always written in my plans to God that I wanted a clothing company. Just didn’t know the name and exact detail of what that would be. In 2020 I was furloughed from my job due to a COVID layoff. During that time I had my up and downs trying to understand my purpose in God. During that season of my life, God and I went on many prayer walks. I kept seeing the word worthy or something in that manner multiple times during the week. One day I was on the phone with one of my friends encouraging her at the time of my life. Then I proceeded to tell her to find her worth in God and not people. As I said that God confirmed the name of my business Worthy In God. I took what he have given me and ran full force with it. With all kinds of challenges along the way. Even in the midst of what I was going through and still face I rely on God who helps me continue to walk in purpose and understand my worth.

What should our readers know about your business?
The Purpose of Worthy In God is to hold hands in worth. To connect, network, and encourage others during this journey of life. We are a working team ministry spreading love from God’s perspective. More than anything, we want people to feel worthy. To find who they are in Christ that makes us free. It doesn’t matter what walk of life you come from or your background. The message of being worthy attached to our clothing pieces is our Identity. More than anything this brand’s purpose is to spread the word of God. Letting people know that their worth is found in Jesus. Furthermore, to create an atmosphere of focused mindsets to stay on the path that God has called for us to be on. To not allow the enemy to steal our joy, peace, and happiness in Christ that sets us free. We seek to collaborate and partner with nonprofit foundations and community events and accept donations to provide for Worthy In God ministry. We will make it a dedication to always serve our community. We strive to donate to Alopecia patients, Sex Trafficking, Mental Illness, Veterans, and the Down Syndrome Society. Also, we help out our graduating high school students in scholarship gifting. We support the overall community needs wherever help is needed; we will be a helping hand.

There have been many challenges along with way. I just continue to press my way until I get the right answer or the right person that God has for me to connect with. To be totally honest everything has not been easy. I will always have the faith to keep pressing forward. The struggle that I have faced in my entrepreneur life is sometimes people withhold information from you because they are greedy and really don’t want anyone else to succeed further than themselves. Some people will give you the bare minimum. Another struggle would be some times people don’t really understand the pressure that business owners obtain. More than anything, we need helping hands and pure hearts to help serve. The biggest obstacle would be funding. Not having the funds to do what’s necessary to exceed your business and God-given vision. Although I know one day as I keep pressing, I will be aligned exactly where I need to be to get this business thriving as God would like it. Also as entrepreneurs, we are five to ten people all at once trying to keep the business going. Also going through the process of creating a team of people who understands the mission.

Furthermore, I want the world to know that every person has the word worth attached to them. Even if it looks like all odds are against them. Our father the creator has made us in his own image which makes us beautiful and wonderfully made. Always make sure that you are encouraging others along the way.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
This is Great aha! I would take them downtown to enjoy some good eateries first. There are two places that I would recommend the most in Athens, Ga. The restaurant names are called ” The Place’ and ” Zz Simone’s”. The food is unexplainable and delicious. Another delightful scenery is the Botanical Gardens it’s a nice vibrant place.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Absolutely! ” The purpose Driven Life” by Rick Warren. This book is a spiritual life changer. I can’t express how much I’ve grown as an individual from reading this book and connecting more with christ. This book has opened positive doors for me mentally. It deeply expresses the why, how, and what. Why are we here and the intention of God’s heart behind it. It teaches how to love others just as Jesus would. How to operate in day-to-day life situations. How to use your gifts in God’s kingdom proudly. Also, what to expect when our purpose on earth is completed. What life in heaven could look like? Full of expectancy and makes you want to make a cleaner walk of life each day. I highly recommend this book to everyone. If rick warren ever sees this, I would like for him to know that I appreciate his obedience to the voice of the lord. Keep reaching millions on this earth.
