Meet Tiara Richards | Luxury concierge & house cleaner

We had the good fortune of connecting with Tiara Richards and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Tiara, what do you want people to remember about you?
I want my people to remember my love. I want my legacy to be something everyone remembers me by. I want people to remember that no matter what at any cost I did whatever I had to do to help those around me. I was always the sacrificial lamb to those around me, Even if it cost me in the end I was always the one who went the extra mile in the end to make my people happy.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I Own and operate a residential Cleaning business. I feel like what sets me apart from other cleaning business is that I provide affordable pricing so everyone I service can experience the benefits of having a clean home. I take everyone’s situation into consideration, the mom with toddlers or the busy on the go business mogul or the elderly couple who just can’t bend or climb like they use to to get hard to reach spots. I service each client on a personal level. From every aspect I always put my clients first and I am always looking for way to better help and service everyone. Starting the cleaning business was easy, it was finding my passion that was hard. I kept trying to put myself into these avenues that just wasn’t speaking to me. Once I cleaned for my first client I knew exactly what I wanted to do. CLEAN! One of the major lessons I have Learned thus far is Not all money is good Money! You can not please every client %100 and sometimes that mean your pride is going to be hurt but there will be lessons you have to learn the hard way. I want the world to know its okay not be good at cleaning or there is nothing wrong with falling short with cleaning if you are experiencing trauma in life. IT HAPPENS! There are people like me who are willing to help you clean up the mess. Everyone needs a helping hand even if its just once, every two weeks, or monthly.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If my friends came into the city I would take them to the zoo, the aquarium, boogaloo’s for a day party, Louisiana bistreaux, and duckanoo’s (They have the best rum punch in my opinion), we would go eat at Restaurant 10 in front of the Mercedes-Benz stadium. We would also go to Barney’s for breakfast and to Lennox mall for a shopping trip.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
There Are two people specifically whom I would like to dedicate my shoutout to and that is Jasmine king and Ezekial Cheyney. The support I get from them is so overwhelming and authentic. They are always pushing me to do better and always looking to help me better myself as a person and as a brand. I also want to thank my Family at the ascent on Peachtree; Ama, Dontae, Sebastian, Kim moon and a few other residents have been a saving grace! On the days when I don’t feel like doing anything they push me to do more. I would also like to thank my family and friends for their on going support as well. Without them (Tina, Ki’essence, and Glenda) cheering me on none of this would be possible. I love everyone I named above because they see the potential I have even when My spirit is broken, or they push me to keep going on the days when I just want to rest.
