We had the good fortune of connecting with Tiara Holder and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Tiara, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
I was at the point in my journey where I was getting turned off to traditional work life and employment. Additionally, I had a feeling of a higher calling, as in I’m meant for more outside of what I was used to. Therefore, I decided to start my photography and tarot business, which then led me to exploring a variety of creative avenues that not only bring me income, but, ones that are fulfilling and enlightening. I constantly use ideas and knowledge to create ways to generate income or just let me create from a place of passion.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I have branded myself as the ‘Univeral Boss Queen’ which correlates to my natural versatility as an entrepreneur and creative . Everything I create has come from a place of compassion, motivation, intellect, and visual intelligence. I love to speak life through and over my work. I move with the vibration and mindset that I’m going to always get better but my work always spoke for itself. In other words, I know my work is phenomenal and is appreciated in its rarest form even if there are room to make improvements. Procrastination are one of the challenges I had to overcome. While it wasn’t intentional, I found myself with so many ideas that things I could be working on get put on the back burner. I’ve learned on this journey that even if you don’t have the resources learn to be resourceful. I’ve learned that my wisdom and my creations are meant to be shared to the world. I learned that I’m destined for success. I’ve learned to keep learning and perfect my craft. I’ve learned to move with a certain level of consideration. The world should know that Tookie Da Rose or Tiara is just a woman who wants to change the world but spreading love through all that she creates and through the wisdom she shares. I got where I am now by continuing to learn, practice and believe in myself and the fact that this is my calling. Things are never easy there are going to be challenges, stagnancy, and life occurrences. However, I adopted patience towards my true success.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I am not familiar with Atlanta city life. However I will give a general lay out.

I would take my friend to brunch spots to eat with a good vibe and possibly good music. I would look for excursions to do in the ATL area. Places like zip lining, escape rooms, museums, workshops/classes etc. As far as hanging out goes, I’d introduce the nightlife. Bars, clubs, events etc. Overall, I’d make sure they’d be in places and around people who are enjoying themselves, doing something fun, possibly networking and meeting someone you’ve always wanted to meet. I’d bring them to places where they can not only experience but learn and meet new people.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I’d like to shoutout my team. Once I signed on as a partner of New Wave Music LLC, and experienced the three great individuals I’ve grown to love and work alongside, it was confirmed that all that I was doing on my own to build my brand was getting recognized. They always reassure me that my mind, my creativity, my ideas, and my presence are appreciated and praised.
