Meet Tia Murry | Motivational Speaker, Mindset Coach, 2x- Best Selling Author, Serial Entrepreneur

We had the good fortune of connecting with Tia Murry and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Tia, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
The most important factor behind the success of my business is that I show up authentically. What that looks like for me is being open, radiating positive energy, and laughing. I consistently feed my mind with what I want to demonstrate. I have accountability partners because the journey in life requires support. I share useful and relatable techniques that help those who are willing to do the work get results.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I am the Founder/CEO of FLI I am a known Motivational Speaker, Mindset Coach, 2x- Best Selling Author of the book FLI: Forgive. Let Go. Initiate. My mission with FLI to empower women to navigate the turbulence in their life by helping women to create a flight plan for a successful landing.
I have also spent over 22 years in organizational leadership positions. I am currently a Director- Dual County for a local government agency. The agency’s mission to is provide programs that benefits the entire community. The goal is to have a stronger community.
Regardless of which capacity I am serving those whom I work with can experience growth which can manifests itself in different ways. That growth can show up as increased self- confidence, a new skill set or the ability to live/work from the best of who they are. My work with organizations through my customized organizational health assessments leads to a healthy company which improves the bottom line.
I am featured writer for well-known magazines that empower women on an international scale. I have been featured on SpeakerCon, Forbes Global, Boss Talk Radio, Mompreneuer CEO TV Show, Share Your Story TV Show, and numerous other media outlets.
The biggest life lesson that I have learned along with way is that I am enough and worthy of living my life to the extent that my heart desires. Just show UP. I also appreciate and keep in mind the rich history of the women before me that faced adversity but were continued to move forward. I stand on a solid foundation, and I provide a foundation for other women.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I am recent transplant to rural NW Colorado. I have found that there are many outdoor activities that can provide a source of stress release for me. A couple of my favorite activities is hiking or riding a snowmobile through the Colorado mountains. Initially I had to learn to adjust my breathing in the high altitude of the mountains. (I learned the hard way) I found appreciating the beauty of God’s creations to be very therapeutic. Typically, after enjoying one of these activities on the mountain, I head back to town to enjoy a local family-owned restaurant. The food is made from scratch and the hospitality can’t be beat.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
