We had the good fortune of connecting with Thomas Panetta and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Thomas, why did you pursue a creative career?
I always been creative and artistic. For me the creative part is the drive that keep me motivate. My mindset is to be the most creative possible. I was born and raised in Montreal, Canada. A big city with different culture, arts… no doubt it’s must had a big influence in my childhood.

Throught the years, i learn music , start writing.. Therefore, one day i just realize that i had a artistic soul. When i first started been a writer, most of the people told me , i was a dreamer. Yes i am, but im proud to believe in me and try everything to succeed.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
There one thing i’ve learned throught the years. Everything can be possible even the impossible can come true. When i first started, i knew nobody , no money … i really start from the bottom. I’ve learn from book, motivational speakers, meet people.

It’s wasn’t easy at first. I begun slowly doing my stuff, showing people what i could do. Most of the times, i worked for free .. just to show them i could do the job ! I can say, most of times people are more positive to respond.

Make story short, i kept knocking until people answer. From there , i started writing blogs & scripts for some podcasters. Honestly, went i think back , i never imagine all that would brought me where i am today.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Hum good question ! It’s all depend your personality. With the right person anywhere could be great ! In my case , just need a good meal … maybe that my italian blood… bring food and people. (Laughing)

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I deeply believe you can succeed everything in life. If your lucky enough , you will meet mentors. If you don’t, no worries… Just have a strong mindset.

In my case, i had both. Luck & mentor. I meet some people at the right time and spot. I remenber a conversation with a good friend , he was producing podcast and building is own branding. One day, he told me, you should try writing blogs or doing a podcast. At first, i was laughing, then i realize he was right. Why not trying. Somehow he was one of the first to believe in my artistic & creative ability.

Although, i think the book from Paulo Coelho the alchimist, help me alot into my mindset to reach the impossible.
