We had the good fortune of connecting with Taylor Bell and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Taylor, how do you think about risk?
I feel like we need to take risk to elevate. I myself have had my best accomplishments when I took my biggest risk. About two years ago I was working my 9-5 in Pennsylvania and I had this tug on my soul to quit my job and relocate to Atlanta. I have worked at my job for 5 years at that time and was working at one of the top paying companies in my city , But so many people live and die at that factory because they feel it is the best they can accomplish. In my soul I felt there is so much more . I have never been to Atlanta prior to moving but I felt Atlanta was where I needed to be . My boyfriend and I during the pandemic layoffs started A recording studio in his mom’s basement. In one month we racked up $4,000 dollars doing what we loved . Making money doing something I loved changed my whole perspective on life .When it was time to return to work . My soul wasn’t feeling it . i called my man and said let’s move to Atlanta . He was down I said you put your two week notice in first. He put his notice in than I put mine in . We packed up everything we could in our cars took that 4k and drove down to Atlanta and started our business here .

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I am a Atlanta based Realtor. What makes me unique is I am also an artist and creative . I use my artistic talents to educate folks about Real estate because Real Estate is the way that many people for centuries have built wealth .

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Buckhead is a beautiful spot in the city . In Buckhead you will see a lot of the mansions and wealthy Black folks and it is a beautiful inspiration.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
So when I moved to Atlanta we started our music studio . Me an my man ended up getting pregnant. I felt we needed something more stable to bring A child into. I was always into Real Estate since I was a child in-fact before we moved I was studying for my Real Estate license in Pennsylvania but i did not finish. When I got pregnant reality kicked in and I knew it was time to take Real Estate serious . I studied the whole pregnancy and received my license before my child was born. I saw Justin Giles and Tenesha Giles who became. my now mentors on Instagram A amazing black owned Real Estate Brokerage and they are also investors and have changed the lives of hundreds of people by teaching them the Real Estate game and how to build wealth. I knew that is where I needed to be . I joined the brokerage and they have given me so much game and knowledge within my fist year of Real Estate and they deserve a lot of recognition for my success !
