We had the good fortune of connecting with Tasha Peck and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Tasha, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
The most important factor behind our success is our commitment to providing customer focused, relationship-driven, and results-oriented HR and talent solutions that are measurable and sustainable.
Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
What sets our business apart from others is our goal to build engaged and meaningful relationships through transparency, honesty, communication, and best practices. We are a team of talented and motivated HR and business professionals that leverage our proficiency and expertise to extend reliable business objectives to create integrated solutions. We are committed to forming productive partnerships with clients by driving dynamic and innovative workforce solutions by creating and implementing practical solutions to achieve exceptional results.
I believe that we got to where we are today because of our desire to bring value by aligning our team as strategic partners. Our HR consultants have previous careers in the professions and industries that we serve. I also believe that our client approach in developing a collaborative process, and a clear and concise understanding or our clients goals and objectives are essential.
Hard work, commitment, dedication, and the desire to be one of the most sought after talent acquisition agencies is my motivating factor. Perseverance, and the drive to remain inspired about why I embarked on this journey and the impact that Talantage may have in our communities is meaningful and purposeful.
Lessons that I’ve learned along the way is that being a small business owner can be a lonely road. I’ve learned that you must have self-confidence, self-care, and and be willing to face your fears, and
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If my bestfriend was visiting the area, and I wanted to show her the best time ever. We would start our mornings off with a workout at at Stone Mountain Park, The Atlanta Beltline, or a state park or running trail. We would then have breakfast/lunch at one of Atlanta’s hottest spots such as Milk N Honey, Breakfast at Barneys, or the Atlanta Breakfast. Following a our tasty and mouth-watering breakfast/lunch we would head to The Atlanta Aquarium or the Illuminarium Atlanta – A Wild Safari Experience. Dinner would be Pappasitos – because we love Mexican cuisines or Ruth Chris for an awesome steak. We love dancing so we may check out Monticello’s or any other hot spot in the city.
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
The person that deserves a huge amount of credit to my success and existence as a woman-owned and business entrepreneur is William Britt. William has been a dear friend and confident of mine for many years. His willingness to listen, support, encourage, and have faith in my dream as a business owner is unimaginable.
