We had the good fortune of connecting with Tasha Cash and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Tasha, why did you pursue a creative career?
Since I was a little girl I felt in my heart some way some how I would be tied to the entertainment industry. It’s a feeling I had that I can’t explain that was me and God’s secret. I also like a challenge and always believed in following your heart, so I decided to go for it.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I love to act, write and one day will add directing to that list. I enjoy bringing characters to life, getting inside their minds and becoming them. I feel honored every time I’m chosen to tell that characters story.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Ok Pre-Covid we would definitely have brunch somewhere … spots like Another Broken Egg and Negril Village are a go to. Hit up some stores in Little Five Points, consignment shops, catch a good happy hour, enjoy some live music before going to a improv and or comedy show to end the night. 
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
God, God… and did I say God? 🙂 God is my number one reason for where I am today… Followed by my amazing family, my awesome acting coaches, my team Gill Talent Agency, my spiritual coach and close circle of dope friends that I have.
