Hi Tara, is there a quote or affirmation that’s meaningful to you?
“When You Feel Like Quitting, Remember Why You Started”

It doesn’t matter how strong, tough, intelligent or positive you are. There will be days you are tempted to quit. The difference in the successful is they are the few that don’t. This is why knowing your core why is so important upfront. Remind yourself of it daily. Pivot, change tactics, get help, take a break, just don’t quit.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I am a loctician/Barber, I feel like what sets me apart from others is that I’m ME, I don’t try to be or do things like other people. I’m most proud of the the success that’s coming behind it, I never thought I actually would be working in a career that I love. I started this journey right after high school, it was told to me by multiple pastors that this is my calling so there’s no way I could run from it even if I wanted too. I believe nothing is easy in life so why not push toward the mountain & tell the challenges to move. I want the world to know that this is all Gods doing & I’m just working through him, LocsAndPoof will be nationwide.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
My favorite spot in the city is the hawks stadium. I’m a true fan of basketball so there’s nothing like catching a good basketball game.
