Meet Tara Huchel Nestich | Owner / master groomer

We had the good fortune of connecting with Tara Huchel Nestich and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Tara Huchel, how does your business help the community?
Our business helps the community by being heavily involved in every aspect of our community from volunteering at the local shelter to being on the team to construct dog parks. We are involved on a local and state level for the spay and neuter projects as well as the Revitalization our area

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I’ve been grooming since I was a kid my mom owned a dog grooming salon , so I worked with her while I was in high school I went to college and came back I decided to further my career with getting certified entering grooming competitions continuing education and a small animal massage therapy license. I drove deep into the science of the canine and structure and anatomy of the hair
I think what separates us from the rest is our continuing education our top-of-the-line salon quality products but most of all running a business you never ask your coworkers to do anything that you wouldn’t do.
Treating the people you work with better than you treat your clientele is where it’s at if you treat them amazing you never have to worry about your clientele you know they will always be taken care of because your employees love to come

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I love living in metro Atlanta of course I would bring them to my little town old town Conyers first .
But if we were touring the city of Atlanta, the first place is take them would be Krog street market and the belt line .
A city tour followed by dinner at Ponce City market
You can’t forget to stop in the Aquarium and the Zoo

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My Community ! The city of Conyers and Rockdale county community has been supportive in our business since 1993 they’ve helped us grow and out last the corporate competitors It also takes a village to make a business successful
