We had the good fortune of connecting with Tamieka Greer and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Tamieka, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
To be honest I don’t know what it was. All I knew is I needed to do something. I wanted to do something. I have all of these talents and gifts but didn’t know what to do with it. I knew I wanted and needed change.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I started out with my virtual assistant business. Fashion is in my blood, so I knew that I wanted to be just like my grandmother. She could make anything with her eyes closed. My business is unique and set apart from the rest. I was very successful in my business. I was successful and then fear set in. I allowed fear and others to put a hold on business. I had to take a break and focus on ministry and doing business God’s way and not man. Slowly I realized that God has more for me.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
First I will say Jesus Christ and then my daughters. Without them I would have given up a long time ago.
