Hi Tahira, how has your work-life balance changed over time?
When I created WIFE. MOTHER. DIVA. its intention was to empower women everyday letting them know that they could have it all!. While that messaging still says true I’ve learned that there is no Balance in the equation at all. Being the CEO of your business will sometimes require more of your time and on other days you might find yourself doing hot mom-ish all day. Moral of the story stop trying to balance everything at once and learn to give it time. Give your self grace and prioritize whats important each day. Make the best use of your time even if that means waking up earlier or going to bed later. Putting the right systems in place for your business can make life a lot easier for example scheduling your social media post on Planoly or FB. If you use email marketing start pre writing them and scheduling them out as well

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
WIFE MOTHER DIVA® is a business coaching and consulting firm that helps women build Powerful + Profitable Brands. By providing women with the knowledge , resources and opportunities to Start , Grow and Fund their Businesses . Our Mission is to Empower Women Everyday and we do just that! I believe what set me apart from other Business and Branding Coaching is my WHY as the reason I started this company is way bigger than me and the goals I have for my family but the goals I have for all women especially women of color.

Majority of the women entrepreneurs I Teach and work are struggling from not only financial Struggles but depression and anxiety, they work jobs that they hate. They aren’t making over $100 in their businesses. They don’t know how to start a business and they have to choose between investing in their business and providing a roof over their heads.

THAT IS MY WHY! They Deserve to follow their Dreams and not have to choose being between providing a life for
themselves and being in control of their lives , their time, their families, their future.

Building my Brand to where it is today took a lot of time effort, energy, resources but most of all I would say Discipline. Doing what is needed even when you don’t feel like it, when you’re not motivated and finding out how to do something when you don’t how instead of allowing it to hold you back is key.

I want the world to know that I will not stop until I have grown WIFE. MOTHER.DIVA® to its full potential and help millions of women Start, Grow and Fund the business of their DREAMS

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I’m from Philly but I’ve Traveled to ATL at pivotal times in my life and I must say the Black Excellence is amazing! Im thinking a day filled with fun and Content Creation of course. Lunch at Slutty Vegan , Shopping at Lenox, A day at the spa and oh I want to try Puff and petals lounge

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I Absolutely love this question as I’ve had so many inspirations, supporters and coaches that have help me get to where i’m at today and I know that I will need the support and guidance of others to grow further. My husband would be the first person I’d like to thank for believing and encouraging me in all my endeavors . He bought me this book called “Branding Against the Machine” by John Morgan years ago and its has set the path for my business success as it has taught me how to build my own buying community and how to stand out and Brand myself against everyone else. When you see WIFE MOTHER DIVA® you see Me!

When you see me there are a lot of women people who stand behind the Brand who help put all the pieces together. My sister and hairstylist @jaescharminghair help build the image of Truely DeVine as she styles me for all my shoots, events you name it she’s right there. My Assistant Destiny Mills of @dmvaservices is another woman behind the brand as she is the glue that puts everything together

My DIVAS are another huge source of my success as they have followed, believed and trusted in my Brand over the years and I appreciate every last bit of their encouragement and support.
