We had the good fortune of connecting with Suzanne Peters and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Suzanne, what do you attribute your success to?
The most important factor is knowing that my ideal clients are the old version of me. When I began my entrepreneurial journey, I faced countless challenges without any support. It was a daunting task to keep myself afloat. However, this experience made me realize the immense struggle that women entrepreneurs go through. That’s why I decided to build a business dedicated to providing the very support I wished I had back then.

Once I discovered this key insight, everything fell into place. All it took was being true to myself and unwaveringly consistent in order to create a successful brand.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I created the Woman To Woman Network to be a dynamic business and networking hub tailored specifically for female entrepreneurs and professionals. Our platform presents a series of networking gatherings, fostering opportunities for attendees to connect and build relationships with like-minded women. Additionally, we offer a sophisticated CRM tool to streamline the management of professional connections for these enterprising women.

I am most proud in the fact that my business not only champions support among women but also infuses enjoyment into professional growth. When these remarkable women converge, there’s an undeniable synergy. It’s like an expansive brainstorming session brimming with mutual advice, strategies, and shared resources—and that’s truly exhilarating to witness.

My journey to this point has been a testament to my readiness to step beyond my comfort zone and embracing unconventional thinking. I wanted to be different, but I also wanted to do something fun. Woman To Woman Network embodies this vision, enabling me to curate events such as brunch gatherings, informal happy hours, professional luncheons, and casual coffee meet ups for women entrepreneurs. The beauty lies in how these occasions hardly feel like work at all.

Getting to this point in business wasn’t easy. But my resilience kept me tethered to my goals. Whenever I encountered obstacles or things didn’t pan out as anticipated, I absorbed the insight offered by those experiences and marched on persistently.

One important lesson I’ve learnt is that anything truly is possible. When faced with a vision that appears daunting or unattainable, it’s important to recognize that this vision has been given to you because it’s possible for you.

My entrepreneurial journey didn’t begin with success. My previous ventures crashed not because the ideas weren’t viable, but because my heart wasn’t in them; they were merely means to an end – earning money without a spark of real interest. That experience taught me a fundamental truth about business: Profit follows purpose and passion. It’s about identifying a problem and solving it, yes, but your drive to do so must come from a deep-seated passion.

Take my own story: I identified a gap in the support for female entrepreneurs because of my own experiences. With a newfound resolve to address this issue, I harnessed my passion for female empowerment, to create the Woman To Woman Network. The platform’s success is a testament to what can flourish from aligning business with passion.

Woman To Woman Network will continue to provide a space for women entrepreneurs and professionals to connect, collaborate and grow together each month. All women are welcome.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If my girlfriend was spending a week with me in Atlanta we would go to the Georgia Aquarium (I’ve been several times), the Botanical Gardens is beautiful, the indoor sky diving experience and the Zoo (because I’ve never been).

We would take a ride on the Sky View and take some great pics. We would have brunch at GardenParc, dinner at Morton’s and would probably be too tired to do anything else. Lol.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
A heartfelt shoutout to my rock, Colin Peters. His unwavering love and constant encouragement pushed me forward when I felt like throwing in the towel. Thanks to him, I’ve achieved more than I ever thought possible. Also to my team of amazing Wombassadors (coordinators / ambassadors) who support my vision by hosting networking events in their city each month. I love and appreciate you all.
