Meet Steven Chase | Auto Detailer & RV Rental Host

We had the good fortune of connecting with Steven Chase and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Steven, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
I started my own Auto Detailing business from the standpoint of frustration. I was frustrated with the way corporate America’s greed of using workers for their own success and the failure to reward the employees for actually doing the work. More so, it was out of a desire for freedom, and flexibility. Stepping out on faith, I was proving to myself that I could do what I set my mind to by providing a service that was both needed and beneficial to customers.
The business of Auto Appearance Enhancement allows me a reward as the service provider. Believing with the acquired acumen, I can deliver and exceed expectations of the customers desired outcome that we had mutually agreed upon. There are multiple service providers performing similar services, but the customer service is non-existent. They only have a body with a temperature of 98.7 degrees on a good day. My customer service stands out above and beyond. Customer Service! Customer Service! Customer Service! Treating people how we wish to be treated, accepted and appreciated.

What should our readers know about your business?
Customer service sets Seven T Seven Street Auto Detailing & Ceramic Coating apart from others. You know how everyone just sees $$ signs when they talk at the customer. I actually talk to the customer and listen to their needs. Everything is in the details. If they have children or pets, you have to cater to that aspect. If they just returned from that family beach trip or drove back from a weekend in the mountains. The human factor is that everyone wants to be heard and seen. We hear you and see you. Our dedication to providing you a well detailed vehicle is always our goal. Albeit from a Plymouth to a Polestar, your smile is reflected in our detail.
What gets me excited is the growth potential. I am looking forward to retiring with an all-n-one auto detailing shop, as the industry evolves so must we, new technologies to learn, master and implement. Most detailers are looking toward establishing their shop to provide a wider range of services. (Auto body wraps, paint protection film, ceramic coatings and tint.) I credit God, word of mouth, and google reviews for where I am today. I started my business full time in January of the pandemic and have not skipped a beat. I started out with co-workers and friends telling everyone about the good services received while telling me I was not pricing myself correctly for the work being offered. The challenge was that I was just starting the business, and as the experience came, I wasn’t afraid to ask for my worth, and God has not failed me yet. Another business avenue that we have pursued was RV rentals. We own and rent out a Travel Trailer to people wanting to experience an elevated level of camping. Those in need of additional cost effective space for family get togethers, we look forward to expanding our fleet as well.
I want the world to know that Steven Chase is in every business venture. What you see is what you get, who you see, is who you get. A hard working man that is dedicated to leaving wealth to his children and his children’s children. Enjoying life and leisure provided by the businesses and making sure that each customer’s needs and desires are met to the best of our abilities.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
When my friends come to visit, we would camp at the FDR State Park. We’d stay in the trailer and cabins for a few days and go fishing, cook outdoors (weather permitting), make S’mores while enjoying sunrises and sunsets. You need to get away and enjoy nature. If we are looking for some tempo, Atlanta is one of the best places to live outside the big cities of Los Angeles, New York, and Chicago. I would definitely have to take them to one of the games played by either the Atlanta Falcons/Hawks/United/Braves. We would eat at the events since the pricing is great and the food tastes good. Culturally, we’d have to visit the MLK Museum, and the Civil Rights Museum. Lots of fun would be had at the Six Flags theme park. Stone Mountain Park is a must do as well.
The best places to eat would be the Caribbean Fireside Restaurant for lunch, The Flying Biscuit for breakfast, and the La Parilla Mexican Restaurant for dinner. Piedmont Park for the Ice Cream Festival is on the list. And any one of the several food truck parks around town and a stop by Slutty Vegan is a sure way to satisfy any level of hunger. We must end our adventure at the Treat Your Feet in Buckhead with their world famous massages. Still haven’t run into Shaq yet.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I give homage to my wife, Tamara Chase. She has shown how dedicated she is to our family’s quest for financial independence. She has placed a temporary hold on her real estate career to support the new family venture. She is taking courses to improve our social media presence and knows with persistence, she’ll be back in the real estate game in no time.
