We had the good fortune of connecting with Stephanie Lanier and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Stephanie, how do you think about risk?
How do I feel about risk-taking it’s scary but with a plan it’s like lotto. Rick taking play in my life and career was I quit the three jobs I was working with very short notice went from LLC to Incorporation less than six months. I went from sleeping from here to there to a very nice Gated community.

What should our readers know about your business?                                  What sets Instant Edges apart from other hair companies is that our product is a one of a kind hair product every piece is hand made with love. We got where we are today with prayer and perseverance. How I got to where I am business wise is because I was determined to make my product successful and be able to help others. It was not easy by a long shot but it has been a huge learning priceless. I overcame my adversities by praying through the process as I was taught from my previous mentor Jesseca Dupart. Along the way I have learned to have more patience. The hair business is a huge business and you definitely need patience and consistency. What I would like to let everyone know about my brand and my story is that there is a false narrative that is going around that I have cancer. I do not have cancer. How ever I have created a wonderful product for those that suffer from the illness and those that have many other hair loss issues.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?                                                                                    If my best friend came to visit I would take them out for seafood and steak and show them the beaches in Florida. Some of the other places we would check out would be in the cabins with a fun filled day of zip lining and other fun activities.
