Hi Stephanie, what do you attribute your success to?
The most important factor behind the success of both myself and my brand has been an unwavering commitment to passion and purpose. From the very beginning, I set out to make a positive impact and to create something that truly resonates with people. This sense of purpose has been the driving force behind every decision, every innovation, and every effort I have put forth.

Passion fuels my creativity and fuels my determination during the inevitable challenges that come with entrepreneurship. It’s the force that keeps us going, even when the path ahead seems uncertain. It empowers me to stay dedicated and connected to the vision that I have for my brand.

Additionally, I have always placed a strong emphasis on fostering genuine relationships with the customers and community. Building trust and authenticity has been instrumental in establishing quality customers in my consulting and transportation businesses.

Embracing innovation and adaptability is also been a key aspect in success. In an ever-changing market, I understand the importance of staying ahead of the curve, exploring new ideas, and being open to evolving strategies.

In conclusion, it is the fusion of passion, purpose, authentic relationships, innovation, and God that has contributed to the success of my brand. I believe that by staying true to these core values, I will continue to thrive and inspire others on their own entrepreneurial journeys.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
S&S Courier and Transportation provides vital transportation services to seniors, veterans, and special needs students in North Carolina. Additionally, I’m a passionate business consultant, specializing in helping entrepreneurs launch their own Transportation Business, offering Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) and Personal Transportation services. My journey has taught me the importance of working on the business, not just in it.

From the outset, I set ambitious goals for my business, and one of them was to empower fellow entrepreneurs in this industry to start, grow, and scale their own ventures.

In the early stages of my entrepreneurial journey, I enlisted the guidance of a business coach who emphasized the significance of a solid foundation. I learned about building business credit, crafting a well-thought-out business plan, obtaining certifications, and other crucial elements that contribute to sustainable success. Finding my tribe, a supportive group that holds me accountable and encourages me to envision the bigger picture, was a challenging yet rewarding process. Embracing transparency and vulnerability within this community became a catalyst for growth.

Throughout my journey, I’ve accumulated valuable lessons, but the most pivotal one has been the power of Consistency. Committing to show up for my business and myself every day has been instrumental in achieving progress. Along the way, I learned to discern and remove unnecessary noise and individuals who didn’t align with my journey’s purpose.

As an entrepreneur, I proudly identify as both a Trendsetter and a Risktaker, determined never to give up on my dreams. I believe that persistence, combined with a willingness to embrace calculated risks, is key to seizing new opportunities and achieving meaningful impact.

I want to encourage everyone to pursue their aspirations relentlessly, for it is through unwavering dedication that dreams truly come to fruition.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Hmmmm….I am a Cigar enthusiast! Friday I would go to Ash & Barrel Cigar louge to smoke a good cigar have a drink and listen to some live music Saturday, checkout a few spots like NODA and maybe some shopping or Camp North End
Sunday is for church or nice Brunch spot. Once of my favorites is LuLu’s
