Hi Sioux, is your business focused on helping the community? If so, how?
Global social mobility is shaped by the health and vitality of our communities. When the heart, body and minds of the people are out of alignment, the decisions we make to advance as a collective are out of alignment.

I founded Sole Renew with a vision to promote greater harmony and balance for people all around the world and our planet. As a part of my practice I regularly participate in community wellness events and healing circles throughout the year where I offer services at a cost that is free or greatly reduced.

Please tell us more about your business. We’d love to hear what sets you apart from others, what you are most proud of or excited about. Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?

Sole Renew supports increasing numbers of people with unlocking access to their body’s intrinsic wisdom of healing, to experience whole-body transformative healing and thrive at their highest potential.

Conventional medicine needs a pathogen to test in order to make a diagnosis. Symptoms are messages from your body. They can start as a whisper and can grow to a shout. I help decode the messages to help you understand what your body needs to heal at the root cause. The roots of an imbalance are emotions, beliefs and thoughts attached to unharmonized life experiences. Our thoughts create our reality and I help people rewrite their story of wellness.

Have you ever gone to visit a doctor because something was so inexplicably off and you just didn’t know what it was? You thought, for sure I can have some tests run and get answers. Then you hear, “Good news, your lab results are great. Everything is normal.” Your labs say you are the picture of perfect health, but all the symptoms you are experiencing say otherwise.

I was that person and for many years, I struggled with chronic stress; emotional drain; feelings of emptiness; I felt alone even in crowds. Physically, I had digestive challenges, poor circulation, damaged hair, hair loss, weak vision, hormone imbalance, joint pain, weight gain, brain fog, chronic fatigue, muscle atrophy, a weak immune system and chronic skin irritation and breakouts. I saw conventional doctors. holistic doctors, and energy healers.

I stopped asking them for answers and asked The Most High, “how can I find healing?” The message I received was, “you are the healer you’re looking for.” Energy healing is a gift I was born with. I shut it down as a child. When I realigned with it, I was able to help my body heal itself from chronic conditions, feel more at peace and joyful. I am healed, continuing to heal and supporting others along their journey of health and wellness.

An estimated 20% of patients in primary care have chronic symptom disorders, labeled under the umbrella of medically unexplained illnesses. An overwhelming 52% of MUS patients are new referrals to secondary care, seeking solutions from specialists. MUS illnesses are characterized by a number of persistent physical symptoms that are not better described by another disorder. MUS results in disability that is as severe as, or worse than that caused by medically recognized conditions.

Patients with MUS frequently do not receive appropriate health care, which adds to the burden of their condition. When compared to patients without MUS, they can spend up to twice as much on healthcare each year.

The healthcare they receive is often focused on finding the source of the symptoms, which results in extensive testing, hospital stays, unnecessary pharmaceutical prescriptions, and care that is not patient-centered.

I have growing numbers of clients above 50. As people age, there is a greater chance that they will experience chronic pain and physical disabilities, leading them to find providers like me. “Many people with disabilities are choosing complementary and alternative medicine because it fits their lifestyle and because they are finding it to be very effective.

Many people are suffering needlessly. I offer solutions that can help them renew their vitality, with ease and grace.

How did you get to where you are today business-wise. Was it easy? If not, how did you overcome the challenges? What are the lessons you’ve learned along the way? What do you want the world to know about you or your brand and story
The path I’ve chosen has come with many challenges. I went from a six-figure 9 to 5 to “okay let’s figure this out.” I received guidance to let go of the office and pick up my divine assignment. There have been challenges. However, I have no regrets.

I built my business primarily through word of mouth and was set to open a brick and mortar in the winter of 2021. However, with the instability of the market during the pandemic, I decided to practice from a spa in Brooklyn, NY 3 days a week, while being available for mobile appointments the rest of the week.  Clients could see me at a brick and mortar, or choose to have the sessions held in their home, at work or destination location.  This has and continues to be a great model for me. Especially when I am contracted to provide services at retreats and special events.

In the summer of 2022, I relocated to Atlanta from NY and let’s just say, visibility in a new market has been interesting! I’m finding my way and trusting divine timing.  At present, I am set to do a bit of traveling, and am not in a brick and mortar location. I am seeing clients in and around Atlanta, GA at a location of their choosing (home or work.) I am also available for retreats, workshops, community events, healing circles and similar gatherings.

While more and more fellow travelers are excited about energy medicine, a specific challenge exists with some who are not clearly able to wrap their minds around how something as seemingly simple as me touching their feet, sound therapy or meditation, can help them heal themselves from acute and chronic conditions that doctors, specialists and teams of others have not been able to help them with. I am still in the process of creating more visibility and understanding around my offerings of energy medicine and how they can promote healing in amazing ways.

Along the way, I have learned a great deal and continue to dedicate time each day towards expanding my healing, skills and talents. I have learned that our minds shape the world that we live in, so the attention and intention we share should be guided by our hearts. God is love and love heals.

I listen to you with my heart. I hear what you say and what you don’t say. I continuously evolve the way I intuitively decode the messages from your body to help you elevate the healing potential of your cells. I see you, hear you, honor and recognize you. I have learned to show up for my assignment, while Divine provides the healing.

I have learned to be grateful for every symptom I’ve ever had. I advise others to do the same. Each symptom is a message from your body and the moment you give it attention and thank it for letting you know that it requires care, the healing starts. When you decode its meaning you can heal yourself.

I’ve learned that there is a divine spark inside each of us and it is hidden behind veils of illusion. The more we let go of traumas trapped in our bodies connected to emotions of regret, resentment, regret, forgiveness, grief, fear, and more; we have more room available for love, light and expansion into higher levels of consciousness.

He is also a tea master and I have learned so much about the art, science and healing benefits of Chinese traditional tea brewing. Wais Kung Fu is a hidden gem and everyone I have introduced this experience to has loved it!
