We had the good fortune of connecting with Sibonée Pease and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Sibonée, can you talk to us a bit about the social impact of your business?
As an Integrative nutrition health coach, I have the potential to change the trajectory of people’s lives and help them become a better version of themselves. A lot of times people continue the habits that have been created for them by their families. Habits that may not necessarily be great for their health, but they don’t know any other way. My approach is to create space for new ideas and provide accountability for creating new, healthy habits. My passion is to empower my clients to take control of their life from a health perspective in order to prevent chronic diseases, improve overall function in daily life and redefine their relationship with food. I’ve already seen the significant increase in quality of life from the clients I have had the privilege to work with- better relationships with themselves and the people around them, more confidence in their body, more gratitude & better eating habits just to name a few. I truly believe that my purpose in life is to help others on their health journey’s.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Health has definitely become a hot topic lately, but it’s important to note that health means different things to different people and everyone is on their own journey with their own struggles. That being said, health coaching is not a one size fits all business model. At Health is Wealth 360, I offer 1: 1 coaching which I believe is crucial in getting started on your health journey. Most people know they want to make a change, but need help getting started. I provide the most value with my personalized recommendations and accountability support. After each session, my clients leave with 2-3 recommendations to work on before the next meeting- these recommendations are crucial for working towards their goals.

I started this business after learning so much about health through the institute for integrative nutrition. It taught me all the different areas of health and gave me a much broader view on health, life & the world. After thinking I was a pretty healthy person to realizing I wasn’t as healthy as I thought, I began my own health journey to get to the root cause of inflammation, digestive issues and acne. It’s been a humbling experience, and far from a linear one, but i’ve learned so much about myself, my body and my mind. My hope is to pass the knowledge I’ve learned through my own journey to other people struggling with similar issues.
