We had the good fortune of connecting with Sherry T. Cribb and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Sherry T., can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
Starting my own business was a journey of faith and purpose. Following the loss of my father, I received a divine message from God, guiding me to write a book for those experiencing grief. This led to the creation of “Daily Dose of Encouragement.” With divine guidance, Tullidge Publishing was born, extending my message of hope to others. The name “Tullidge” symbolizes our mission to provide guidance and support. Our motto, “You Can’t Mute Me,” reflects our determination to break barriers and defy silence. Whether you’re an aspiring author, an advocate for change, or someone with a story to tell, Tullidge Publishing is here to amplify your voice and make sure you’re heard. Join us in our mission to spark conversation, ignite change, and leave a lasting impact on the world.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
At Tullidge Publishing, LLC, our journey began with a clear mission: to empower aspiring authors to bring their stories to life. Founded on February 15, 2021, we envisioned a publishing company that would serve as a beacon of support for writers navigating the self-publishing process.

What sets us apart is our unwavering dedication to our authors’ success. We provide valuable guidance, tools, resources, and personalized support needed to help authors achieve their goals. Our latest offering, self-publishing coaching-level packaging, reflects our commitment to comprehensive support at every stage of the author’s journey.

Our path to success has been challenging yet rewarding. We encountered obstacles and setbacks, but we persevered with determination and resilience. Overcoming these challenges taught us invaluable lessons about adaptability, persistence, and staying true to our mission.

What we’re most proud of is the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of aspiring authors. Seeing our authors’ dreams come to fruition and witnessing the positive impact of their stories on readers is truly rewarding.

At Tullidge Publishing, we embrace the motto “You Can’t Mute Me!”, encouraging individuals to fearlessly embrace their voice and calling. This ethos extends to Catapult Outreach Inc., where I operate within the Ascension Gift of an Apostle, focusing on spiritual growth and love ministries.

Despite challenges, including balancing family life with professional responsibilities, I’ve remained dedicated to personal growth. Currently pursuing a Doctor of Education in Community Care and Counseling specializing in trauma care, I’m committed to serving those in need with empathy and compassion.

In both my personal and professional life, I’m driven by faith and a desire to make a difference. Through various initiatives and roles, I strive to leave a lasting impact on society, guided by love and a commitment to serving others.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I’d like to dedicate my shoutout to the extraordinary literary anthologies: Signs, Wonders & Miracles Volume I, recently released on June 1, 2023, and the upcoming Volume II coming out June 2024. These anthologies, along with the releases of You Can’t Mute Me and Strengthening Families Values, are invaluable resources provided free of charge to victims of crime and survivors through Catapult Outreach Inc.

I also want to recognize Catapult Outreach Inc for their dedication to supporting families affected by domestic violence, abuse, and sexual assault. Their mission to connect individuals and provide education, research, and advocacy resources through a trauma-informed approach is truly commendable.

Lastly, I want to acknowledge the profound impact of our Acholi my Lover Part II Series Deeply Rooted, which serves as a testament to the transformative power of resilience and perseverance. This series shares my autobiography of teen domestic violence, shedding light on the challenges faced and the strength found in overcoming adversity. Through sharing my story, I hope to inspire others to find their own resilience and courage in the face of adversity.

Together, these endeavors are making a significant difference in the lives of those in need. Let us continue to support and uplift one another on our journey.
