We had the good fortune of connecting with Sheinia Morgan and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Sheinia, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
many times from formulating hand sanitizer to getting into the beauty industry ; attending many business seminars , going back to creating an online course to expand my product line and spa services , going into primary schools educating teens about getting into the beauty industry as adolescence embracing them to take a leap of faith. I now host my event called Brunch with Bosses an event bringing together leadership between business owners and entrepernuer’s to getting opportunity doing radio interviews talking about my 2nd upcoming event called network & mingle connect and build. With this business journey I have help entrepernuers to find themselves again, to fill their cup back up, to know that they have a community even if it’s not in person, but virtually or if they are in a season to meet in person that there are opportunities. Connecting with other entrepreneurs has been something I’ve always loved doing. So part of my brand is recognizing other entrepreneurs and creating a calendar of events to help them fill their cup up and through my book called the “Beauty Entrepernuers Handbook.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
true testament of god’s love and favour so when you see me know that god work. You should know that it’s hard. There is is nothing quite like it, but it is hard and there’ll be times that you want to quite. But if you still through with it, you will get great rewards in the end. It’s all perseverance and having faith in yourself.

Next know what really drives you, why are you doing it? For money? Fame? To make a difference. Be sure why you’re going into it because often in the chaos you might forget why you’re in it and that’s when hope gets lost.Entrepreneurs will face many obstacles, from getting funding to getting and keeping a great team, but the one thing they can’t live without is faith in their dream.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I would take my friends visiting my beautiful country to Coral Cliff , Rose Hall Great House , Martha Brae River , Ys Falls , Montego Bay Cultural Centre , Mayfield Falls , Pier One
