We had the good fortune of connecting with Sheana Fair and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Sheana, we’d love to hear about how you approach risk and risk-taking
Risk taking is a main factor in everyday living. If we don’t take risk how would we know what works or doesn’t work. Every part of my journey is a risk. Taking a step out on faith, having a vision & going full force to make it happen. Most time what I envision doesn’t always turn out that way. I don’t allow that to stop me, the next time around I know what to do differently. If you don’t take risk you could lose out on a lot of opportunities. It has to work or it has to work.

What should our readers know about your business?
She Cooks3 is a catering company that started at home in our very own kitchen. We pride ourselves with coming into clients home and taking over their kitchen. Our meals are healthy, unique, and served with our personal touch. Our recipes are inspired by the owner of SheCooks3’s grandmother who instilled the love of cooking in her granddaughter at an early age.  With this in mind, our food has a touch of soul, is exquisite at times, and can be custom made. We pride ourselves on food originality. Doing kitchen takeover is our way of catering to our clients on a more personal level from their home showcasing luxury from home. Business wise from being in the fashion & beauty industry. Working under Lisa Logan, Danielle Corbin & Wouri Vice. I can say that molded my entrepreneurial spirit. It start with my dad but working with them showed me things from a different view. The teachings I received from each of them was different but all hold so much value. When I decided to make my hobby a business I felt secure in doing it from my many experiences with each of them.
She Cooks3 represents me Sheana fair, I love great quality food, I love thinking outside the box when creating.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My Family, they are my biggest supporters. Many times I want to give up and each play a major in why I shouldn’t. My grandmother started me in the kitchen very young, I’m happy she is still here to see what her lessons have blossomed in me. My son for always calling me the best cook ever lol. My dad for being the man he is and him showing me the ropes of being an entrepreneur. Those around me who have pushed me they know who they are. I appreciate them for the talks, being my taster, investing in me, promoting me & any and everything to see my success.
