We had the good fortune of connecting with Shavannah Speaks Moore and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Shavannah Speaks, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
The most important factor behind my success is the awareness that I create my reality.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I Am a Life Coach, Entrepreneur, Philanthropist, Author, Visionary, Wife and Mother! I am on a mission to kill the status quo for women and what we’ve been conditioned to believe for generations. I have set out on a quest to Empower & Inspire Women by helping them Identify the vision for their life, find their voice and become the best version of themselves.

I am known for helping women build their confidence, find their voice, monetize their gifts and share their story with the World while creating the lifestyle they love! The foundation of EVERYTHING I do and teach is Mindset & Story and this is what sets me apart from anyone else in my industry. I really get to the root of the issues to anything that happens in our lives and that is always MINDSET FIRST. We uncover your limiting beliefs, who you REALLY are (Core Values) and Then we can work on the rest! This will ensure you are living the lifestyle you truly desire to live and not the lifestyle that everyone expects you to live. This is what I’m most proud of!

Additionally, I believe with my whole heart that our Stories are the Foundation to a wildly successful life/business.

Has the journey been easy? Absolutely NOT. In addition to the challenges I faced growing up, I’ve also had several challenges during my Entrepreneur journey, including but not limited to depression, wanting to commit suicide, losing everything, sleeping out of my car and almost losing my mind. I suppressed my voice for so long that THIS life became my identity. It wasn’t until I realized that I had to take ownership of MY life, change my Story and channel all of that negativity into creating the most Magical Life ever, that things turned around for me! I’ve transformed my own personal and professional life by embracing my calling to teach, coach, heal and lead on purpose!

I just thank God that my determination and desire to keep going was stronger than my desire to quit. I knew at that moment, the assignment was bigger than ME. This is the only time you experience these types of obstacles in life. Look at all the great Leaders we look up to today: Oprah, Tyler Perry, Jay-Z, Steve Jobs, Tony Robbins, etc. Their rock bottom became the foundation of their success!

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I am in love with the Buckhead & Midtown areas so more than likely we would be hanging out there! I love the Lounges, restaurants like Capital Grill and nature, so parks are a plus!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
WOW! There are so many I could give credit to. But I would have to say that my Mentors & Coaches truly helped me see in myself what I thought was never possible for a girl like me.

And of course the hand full of people who believed in me when all I had was a big dream & vision to impact the Nation!
