Hi Shantel, we’d love to hear more about your end-goal, professionally.
Where I want to be by the end of my career is a successful entrepreneur and business women . My end goal is Having my own skin care line, a mini facial spa & a dance studio that’s probably non profit for children.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
Well I am one phenomenal queen . A women with different traits. I am a freelance model in Miami and in Atlanta, Georgia. Also a certified bartender for both states. I have my own small business that started back up due to me being laid off from work because of covid-19 , my small business is called Facials by Shae . I’m a licensed and certified esthetician that’s just focus on skin care. I do deep cleansing facials to even back facials . I’m Home based in Miami Gardens at the moment. Getting where i am today, you asked. Well it’s been really hard , been homeless, living inside my car , sleeping on people couch, getting bit by bed bugs , taking showers on the beach late at night . Crying every night, praying to god I hope I get to see better days . Which it did i became a flight attendant and travel little bit of the world . But then another challenge came along coronavirus & I was force to be laid off. I still have to pay rent and my bills . So I use my license that i had in my back pocket . P.S. always have a back up plan . Which i did . I started Facials by Shae two days before Mother’s Day . So far my small business is going okay. Just hopefully I can get a studio to work out of. But my brand behind begin a model, bartender, flight attendant, & license esthetician & future entrepreneur. Is that you can be whatever you want to be as long as you put your mind to it. You’re going to have challenges and things that make you want to stop. But don’t stop keep on going !

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
My favorite spots in Atlanta is Mangos Caribbean restaurant that’s my Top 5 . When I’m in town that’s the first place I go to . City nails on peachtree. Of course Six flags, like going to Caribbean parties . And of course everyone loves Lennox Mall.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I will like to give a shout out to all my friends and associates that help me when i didn’t have no where to go , when i was living in my car . Some of them helped me mentally and emotionally. I thank you .
