Hi Shannon, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
The most important factor behind my business hands down is CONSISTENCY. The importance of consistency shows that it’s not just about showing up regularly; it’s about building a foundation of trust, connection, and improvement that has sustained my business in the long run. Being consistent within my business has help establish not just a business but a BRAND. A brand that over time, has been established in the minds of my customers, which builds recognition and trust. My consistent efforts allow me to put a face to my brand. Which provides a personal touch that helps customers relate to my business on a more human level, fostering a strong connection. Also, being consistent breeds reliability. When my customers know they can count on me consistently to deliver quality products and services, they’re more likely to remain loyal and continue to support my business. My consistency also provides ample opportunities to lear and adapt. In a fast-paced and ever-changing industry, showing up allows me to develop my skills and knowledge, ensuring my brand to remain competitive. Ultimately, consistency is about playing the long game, while instant success is appealing, it’s often the businesses that CONSISTENTLY work towards their goals that achieve lasting success.

Established four years ago under the umbrella of a popular MLM company, GlamChasyn has transformed into a force of its own, symbolizing strength, faith, and a commitment to uplifting women through fashion.

Over time, our founder’s dedication and vision led to the expansion of our offerings. Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If my girls hit the Raleigh, NC we would definitely take advantage of all of the restaurants and nightlife that the downtown area offers. We are currently at the age where clubbing isn’t our go to. So I know they would enjoy the vibe, food and drinks of the rooftop bar, Level 7 or the delicious breakfast of Big Ed’s.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I have come a long ways in my business and I know I wouldn’t be as far without the continuing support and understanding of my husband, Mike Cooley. It takes a real support system and understanding person to be okay with many long nights of work, constantly in my phone working and time away from home. So I am grateful to him for his support.

In addition, I also want to shoutout the best business and content coaches, who have guided and poured into me. This last year, with the help of @BEATLIFE_MATT, business coach, and @HEAVYONTHECONTENT, content coach, my business has grown so much through my content guidance.
