Meet Savauna Sage | (W)holistic Living Specialist | Agriculturalist | Founder of Paradise Park Atlanta

We had the good fortune of connecting with Savauna Sage and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Savauna, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
The heart of my business was born out of service and mission. In a world where people are constantly on the go, overstimulated, and worn thin, I have a passion to create a space, wrapped in the majesty of nature, where the art of rejuvenation is honored and practiced.
Paradise Park Atlanta offers more than retreats—it’s a response to the noise of the world. It’s a sanctuary where people return to themselves, practice the art of wholistic living, and remember that peace and purpose are not luxuries… they are necessities.
I often say, “What good are all the bags if you’re in a box?” My journey to create Paradise Park Atlanta was deeply personal. As I transformed my own health and lifestyle, my family took notice. They wanted in. And so, I created a tranquil space that reflects everything I believe about wellness, rhythm, and restoration.
The first wellness retreat I attended changed my life. and I was so inspired that I held my first retreat for twenty-two women six months later but I was renting the property and now I have property where I can offer this care and nurturing to guests.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Paradise Park Atlanta is an eight-acre private riverfront estate and registered farm just outside the city—yet it feels like a world away. We’re home to three thriving gardens, including a 1,500-square-foot main garden where we grow 30 to 40 plant foods seasonally. At the heart of the estate sits our grand 2,800-square-foot cabin—an intimate space for curated wellness retreats and personal renewal.
What truly sets us apart is our signature day or multi-day “Wellness Immersion Reset Experience”. This is not your typical spa or day trip—it’s a deeply personalized, boutique retreat crafted around the unique needs of each guest. We don’t just offer services. We offer transformation. Every session, every moment is intentionally designed to restore the mind, body, spirit, and emotions. It is also a one-stop shop for the wellness day that you know you need.
We live by our scriptural motto:
“Beloved, I wish above all things that you would prosper and be in health, even as your soul prospers.”
This isn’t just a quote—it’s our compass. It guides how we treat our guests, grow our food, facilitate our experiences, and build our community.
From farm-to-table vegan culinary journeys to Thai-inspired stretch massage, sound therapy, lymphatic activation, guided reflection, and holistic living workshops—every offering is rooted in helping our guests release what weighs them down and remember how it feels to feel light again. I have also created an all-natural , handcrafted, skin care and body care brand called The Pamper Collection.
One of our symbols at Paradise Park is the feather. To us, it represents homeostasis, alignment, peace. When I witness a guest’s face soften, when I see tension melt away and their shoulders drop in relief—that moment is sacred. It tells me they’ve returned to themselves. That’s the essence of what we do.
As for how I got here? It started with a decision: to bet on myself. I transitioned from a fast-paced career in tech—working for global corporations like Microsoft, Amazon, and Google—to a deeper calling. And it wasn’t easy. There were moments of fear and sacrifice. But my mission—to inspire women, thereby families, to fulfill their legacy through wholistic living—kept me grounded and moving forward to study the body, herbs, agriculture, the mind and so much more to use my gift.
I’ve learned that your gift is never too small. To the world, you may be just somebody… but to somebody, you might be the world. So don’t shrink. Don’t doubt your knowing. If it’s in your soul, it’s already destined.
What I want the world to know about Paradise Park is this:
We’re living in a time of noise, exhaustion, and overstimulation. There was a day when the TV would simply turn off at midnight—now our minds never get a break. But here, you don’t need a passport or a plane ticket to Bali. You can come right here to Atlanta, step onto sacred land, and lay your burdens down.
Paradise Park is a return to what matters. It’s an invitation to be nurtured. And it’s a reminder that peace is not a luxury—it’s your birthright.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Absolutely. Nothing I’ve built has been done alone. My journey, my vision, and everything I’ve been able to manifest through Paradise Park Atlanta has been deeply supported by a community of love, wisdom, and unwavering belief.
I must begin with my family. I’m blessed to have had a father whose legacy of brilliance and discipline laid the foundation for my strength, and a mother whose love and presence taught me how to pour into others with grace. My sister has been a mirror and a compass throughout my evolution. And I could not do this work without my husband, who walks beside me—not just in marriage but in mission—and our two sons, who not only support me but work alongside me, bringing fresh energy and generational purpose to everything we create.
As a Black woman, I am also grounded in the legacy of those who came before me. Plus my business coaches, BFF’s and people who just believed in me and encouraged me. I often say that Black women were the first nurturers and continue that tradition today. That nurturing tradition lives in every part of what I do. I’ve been blessed by women—mentors, wellness professionals, team members, guests—who reminded me of who I was, who challenged me to rise, and who stood beside me as I stepped more fully into my purpose.
Paradise Park Atlanta is the physical manifestation of many prayers, sacrifices, and collective dreams. This shoutout belongs to all of them—my family, my lineage, my team, and the incredible women whose belief in me helped bring this vision to life.
