Meet Sara Pace | REALTOR

We had the good fortune of connecting with Sara Pace and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Sara, other than deciding to work for yourself, what else do you think played a pivotal role in your story?
I was an individual agent, which meant it was all me! Everything, from finding clients, to showing homes and all of the paperwork that we do up until closing. And fortunately, my business was thriving!! But I started feeling overwhelmed and not really enjoying life like I wanted to. So, I invited our good friend, Bryan Stradley, an agent with many years of experience to join me and create a team. We realized that we are total opposites, which is a good thing in a partnerships. We fill in each other’s gaps and weaknesses. Thankfully he agreed, and our next hire was a project-based admin/transaction coordinator.
Don’t stay stuck…think of who can help you!

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I am a REALTOR, and a real estate consultant. Many people don’t realize that there is a distinction between an “agent” and the REALTOR designation. We are held to a higher ethical standard and we take additional continuing education every year to maintain this status.
I had an amazing mentor when I began my career and I’m forever grateful to her. Jennie Moshure is now in corporate training for Keller Williams, our broker, and that’s her sweet spot.
I definitely had challenges…learning to ask for business. I have absolute faith that our company, Atlanta Platinum Property Group, is the best, and it’s not hard to promote something that you believe in. With our combined 20 years of experience and our passion for serving, we ensure that our clients needs are met and exceeded. And we are fun to work with! We stay on top of the currents stats in the market because we know that our our clients was to sell for the most amount of money with the least amount of hassle. We have a proven pricing method and metrics that we follow all along the way. And for our buyers in this crazy market (61% of purchases go into multiple offer situations) we have special stipulations that are appealing to sellers and we win the deal!
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I would suggest coming on the second weekend of the month, so that they can experience Scott’s Antique Market. It is unparalleled and it’s a full day of shopping and browsing. A parking lot picnic is a good idea, and we typically take some Prosecco to make it festive. Then, stop at Fox Brother’s BBQ on the way home.
On Sunday after attending Perimeter Church, I would take them out on our boat on Lake Lanier and show them this busy, beautiful lake. Dock at FishTales for a delicious seafood lunch and watch the magnificent sunset.
Weekdays are good to get out of Atlanta, so I would suggest Dahlonega for a trip into the gold mines and try your hand at gold-mining. Lots of good restaurants there. Stay the night at a BnB there, and then head to the wineries of N Ga! Monteluce is stunning, but there are many great options to choose from.
Come back down toward the city and stay in the elegant Chateau Elan hotel. It’s a great place to golf, get a massage, great meals and scenery.
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My husband is my greatest fan! He really supported my leap from a regular paycheck, to joining him in the self-employment realm. He encourages me and also holds me accountable, which is a great thing. We really prayed about this decision, and God has blessed us.
