Meet Samantha Jax | Author, Business Owner, Mental health facilitator&Advocate

We had the good fortune of connecting with Samantha Jax and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Samantha, what do you attribute your success to?
The most important factor behind my success and the success of my brand is Education and great Customer Service. We strive to make every business that we touch become successful. Weather that be educating them through our AAA Universiti accelerated coaching program on our site at www.samanthajax.com, or with being a certified mental health facilitator for NAMI of Greenville. We not only offer accountability in each program that we offer, but we also offer assurance, confidence and results. Because of this we have been and will continue to be successful.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I am a perfectionist at heart and set out to master and be successful at anything that I do. I got to where I am today with God and determination. I started in hair school at an early age. I knew that I would continue to be in the beauty industry in some way. Starting as a beautician self taught then on to school, making wigs, etc. That went on to me opening Seven Lips and Lashes LLC. With that I began to my wholesale mink eyelashe company and coached other small businesses as well. Since the start of SL&L LLC I have helped more than five young woman start their own mink eyelash line. And have also coached a number of other businesses to greatness. With my program AAA Universiti I offers not only accountability, but a guarantee that a lesson will be learned not only in your business but in your personal life as well if needed. I strive for people to be their authentic selves. The more you are authentic with your self the more you and your love will go into your project and into your life. I am also a now certified mental health facilitator for NAMI Greenville. With having that certification I have learned not only how to respond to those with mental illnesses, but its helped me with empathy and understanding, which makes my clients feel more comfortable in every aspect of our relationship.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If my best friend came to visit I would start by taking them down town for lunch at Ink and Ivy. They have amazing mimosa’s and there burgers are bomb. After there we would do a little shopping and site seeing down town. Its a beautiful sight in Greenville. Then maybe shoot a few games of pool before going in to rest for the day.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Absolutely, I would like to give God a shot out, he is so amazing! If it were not for him keeping me covered I would not be where I am today. I would also like to give a shot out to Jesseca Dupart owner of the amazing Kaleidoscope hair products, I was wowed by her message a few years back to pray through the process. After attending her VIP session in Atlanta she formed a mentor-ship program which pushed her students to continue to excel; That along with some other things prompted me to continue to push forward with my own programs. Not only for accountability but to help other young entrepreneurs who maybe not be aware of how to start a business get started, write a novel or continue to strive for greatness. I would also like to give a shout out to S.L. owner of Instant Edges. Her perseverance and drive as an entrepreneur I admire. I started as her accountability partner in Jesseca’s program and gained much more. I would also like to thank NAMI Greenville for their continued support throughout my facilitation with their organization.
