We had the good fortune of connecting with Salvatore Perigio and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Salvatore, why did you pursue a creative career?
Being an artist is the only thing I ever seen myself doing! I’m very experimental. From the technical aspects of making the sonics different than anything else out there, to the artistry of making something out of nothing. It’s something that’s just completely satisfying when you come from nothing to final product!

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
Im an all around artist from the production to the board work to the writing and performance and execution! I do it all as well as run my own label! Responsible for a lotta favorites and new comers. I’m just excited at launching a new year and seeing the success of it all. New projects, more collabs, more everything! It’s just been constant grind and to see where we are now with consistency it’s amazing to watch the growth. Lessons in the past teach me not to show and teach everything but provide and help at the same time. FludGang is here to stay, and I’m leading the way!

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I’m a homebody, most things I do are centered around family. But outside of that, it’s Atlanta. Always gotta hit the strip clubs, EAV, Little 5, Edgewood. I like a lotta stuff (Joystick, Earls, and Church! Are favorites for bars) the list is too long to talk about food. But we definitely hittin the beautiful on cascade! Just know it’ll be lit!
