We had the good fortune of connecting with Ryan Jones and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Ryan, can you talk to us a bit about the social impact of your business?
As a Significant Servant Leader and Transformational Speaker, my brand and business helps the local community and global community by empowering people to be conscious of their elevation (growing/going higher) and expansion (growing/going wider). The focus is to help people realize that they have the ability and capability to become the best/blessed version of themselves. I also help people realize that if they are not willing to serve on the lowest level, they cannot be significant on the highest level.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
As a Certified Speaking Professional, I pride myself on being a life-changing speaker and diversity speaker who upholds the integrity of every individual. I have been blessed to be able to speak in thousands of event and in front of thousands of audiences.

Getting into the speaking and coaching arena was met with some challenges, I had to do a lot of free engagements and one-one sessions with people. With that, people did not know who I was. At my core, I really wanted to make a difference and be a difference maker.

The true lessons learned was for me to be authentic, honest and genuine with people. What I bring to my brand and business, is my true self. I want to always and in all ways make a powerful and positive impact in this global community.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I am truly grateful for my supportive family members. I am also grateful for those who are qualified to reign with me because they stood out in the rain with me.
