We had the good fortune of connecting with Robin Johnson and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Robin, how has your background shaped the person you are today?
I was raised primarily in New York City. Split time between Brooklyn and Queens. You can definitely say I am from the school of hard knocks. I became a hustler and was destined for ghetto fabulousness. I didn’t worry about the future because I couldn’t see past the block. Headed down a bad path, my mom convinced me to move to Atlanta and start over. When I made up my mind there was more to life than the street life, high fashion and jewelry I put all of my energy into building my career.  I used my hustle hard mentality to acquire a strong work ethic, my gift of gab made me a stellar salesman. My experience allowed me to transition from a trap Queen to a district manager of several multimillion dollar stores.  I am grateful for all of my experiences. My entrepreneurial spirit was birthed in the streets and has fully evolved into a successful business owner.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?

Georgia Auto Solutions is truly a one-of-a-kind shop and experience. We cater to women but men are welcomed. From the moment you walk through the door you will be greeted by friendly staff in a cozy setting. Sit back and put your feet up on the ottoman or enjoy a complimentary foot massage. Feeling a bit achy enjoy our full body massage chair and enjoy refreshments in our lounge area. You can take advantage of our free WIFI, print and copy services to keep you working while you wait. We are contactless, booking, estimates, invoices and payments are all electronic for your convenience. Not to mention we have ASE certified technicians servicing your vehicle and ensuring you are safe and road ready. We have so much more to offer than repairs.

Such as classes that teach basic automotive maintenance and car care to women and teen/ new drivers. 

Join the Private Drivers Club- membership for the rideshare community that provides discounts on services, exclusive weekly deals, freebies and they can take advantage of extended hours for $20 a month. 

Every third Sunday of the month. I have senior Sundays where they get free diagnostic, inspections and discounted sevices.  

The Glam Studio offers eye brow and lash services, facials, kids hair braiding, and a spa session for little girls they can receive manicures, pedicures, make up and more. 

Wine Down Wednesday’s every Wednesday from 5-8PM you can enjoy music, refreshments and wine complimentary no services required. If you are in need of services, you can receive full synthetic oil changes, and flushes for $40 each. Brake special for $99 and diagnostic for $70. Aromatherapy facials $40 and a girl’s glam session for $40.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Conyers is such a warm and friendly community. It’s not in the country and not far from the City (Atlanta) it’s just far enough for you to relax. You would have to grab a bite to eat at Nana’s Chicken and waffles my favorite is the shrimp and grits. Old Town Conyers boast a picturesque small town scene with lots of shops and places to eat, you can enjoy a cup of coffee and a pastry at Awake coffee while shopping for handmade items from local artist. Conyers is just a rocks throw from Stonecrest where you can spend time at the Black Wall street at Stonecrest.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
There are a few special people in my life who have really encouraged me, challenged me and pushed me to follow my dreams. My mom Mia, my daughter Erica, the love of my life, my fiance Dia and my long time friend Carter.
