We had the good fortune of connecting with Robert Stanley and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Robert, maybe we can start at the very start – the idea – how did you come up with the idea for your business?
My idea started out of love , I use my business to help raise awareness to help free my grandfather from prison after 53 years away from his family. I am named after from grandfather and we never physically met each other. Private Person was established with the intent to spread love and make action. Private person means self-care , self-love and loving the world around us. Even though me and my grandfather never met and we are named after each other we are spiritual connected he contains knowledge after 53 years away from family in Miami while his family is in new jersey. We want the world to understand how powerful we are as human we create our on reality and have evoked at an rapid pace our goal is to help end disasters, world problems and promote world peace we have to start being accountable as human being and create change. With regard to my clothing do of my clothing style consists of real world conditions around the world and life in reality. The main idea with my business was to help carry a platform where the world could love and support each other through resources and communication between the people a particular term I call it “ Statement clothing “ my brand was meant to represent the world and evolution for humanity.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
Behind the scenes Private person art is build with purpose every phrase, stitch, style and design is detail with the intent to bring bout discussion and thoughts. When people look at Private person design they are meant to convey their feelings about the art work. What sets us apart as a company and brand is the ability to create change and action with our brand, while bringing people together by connecting positive change. The road was meant to be hard when your brand is meant to touch the world and create change but with support and passion anything is possible this lead to the success and growth of Company Private Person

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Downtown has the best pizza , followed by a lot of soul food spots throughout the town , you can be in for a surprisingly good meal within the Town.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
For the most I would like to first thank god for helping introduce me to my grandfather and bring our family together. My mother Yvonne Maxwell she has always taught me to never give up making me determined, my sister Precious & Brother James for always having my back and believing and my dreams teachers and loved ones.

~ Without a strong support system it’s very difficult to succeed.
