We had the good fortune of connecting with Rita Pardo and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Rita, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
I basically was a mother who was frustrated when I couldn’t find anything to improve the condition of my daughter’s skin.
Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
Being an entrepreneur is challenging especially if you are juggling kids, family etc. You have to set boundaries so that you don’t burn yourself out. Ask for help when you can and delegate tasks.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If my best friend was visiting I’d take them to a restaurant called Mojave….can we say GOOD! Atlantic Station in Atlanta is super cool and we’d also visit Krog street market as well as Ponce City Market. I’d also spend a few days in North Georgia and visit the wineries.
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My shout out is dedicated to Annette Smith. She’s a children’s author.
