We had the good fortune of connecting with Richard Glenn and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Richard, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
The most important factor behind our success is, not giving up. Through continued efforts you will bear the fruit of your labor.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I feel that being able to play what we create live sets us apart from other producers because, we’re instrumentalist as well. I’m most excited about being able to adapt with the music over time and continue to see it evolve. Getting here was not easy. You have ups and downs but, continuing to push through and believe in what you’re doing. I’ve learned that no one will go harder for you than you go for yourself. I want the world to know we turn sounds into music. The story is still going, our brand is growing and will continue to provide music to the masses.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
